UI update, a new map, and misc
- Dice no longer 'reroll' when unsleeping from physics simulation
- Reenabled SM5 support for fallback
- Added additional spawn locations for dice
- Added escape menu
- Added modifier dropdown to add to rolls
- Added graphics scalability options to new escape menu
- Dice are now added to a 'dice pool' from the dice tray buttons and then rolled separately. The exception is the coin
- Added variable size dice pool based on roll type
- UI now scales with screen resolution
- Reconfigured UI
- Added new Tavern Map - Accessible via the new level select drop down
- Added angular damping to prevent dice from spinning forever in certain conditions
- Added new roll types, advantage, disadvantage, sum, single, D100, drop lowest, and Custom (no results calculated)
